Langston completed a 54,000 SF pre-engineered metal building warehouse expansion with a 3,000 SF mezzanine office space, canteen, meeting space and restrooms. Langston provided conceptual estimates, preliminary estimates, and final estimate. Project included:

• 6" reinforced slab
• 32' eave height
• ESFR sprinkler, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing all tied into existing building
• 7 dock doors
