Wenwood Operations Center

The project consisted of an interior renovation of approximately 77,000 SF of existing space at an Operations Center in Greenville, South Carolina. Project included:

• Demolition of existing walls and finishes
• Interior work: new LED electrical, lighting, HVAC equipment including ductwork and new toilet rooms
• Interior finish selections were developed from the workplace of the future standards and include new LVT, carpet, paint, rubber base, ACT and gypsum board ceilings
• Exterior work provided new windows in existing precast concrete panel walls, and new doors at existing doorways
• Security, telecom, and AV installation
