Physical Security 2021

Complete installation of security fence, security system, security enclosure, required foundations and cable/conduit for both the 230kV yard and the 525kV yard. The 230kV yard project included:

• 2,050 LF of 10 ft. tall security fence
• 24 ft. wide motor operated gate at main entrance
• 16 ft. single slide gate at the SW corner of enclosure
• 24 ft. manual slide gate at the South and SE ends of enclosure
• 4 ft. personnel gate at main entrance
• 3,300 LF of 10 ft. tall security fence
• 24 ft. wide motor operated gate at main entrance
• 4 ft personnel gate at main entrance
• 24 ft. manual slide gate at the NE, EN and NW ends of enclosure
• Fence mounted intrusion detection system (IDS)
• Video surveillance system with Field of View for both interior and exterior of fence line
• Tech Post mounted Thermal Pan-Tilt cameras to provide an assessment of alarm activity and general area coverage
• 12'x20' Security Enclosure with AC Panel, Security and Comm racks
• 208Y/120V power source for the security enclosure and surveillance equipment
• Associated grounding of ground tails, guard rails, fence post and panel to panel connections
• Installation of #57 stone inside fenced enclosure and rip rap apron outside of fence
• Miscellaneous grading per engineered drawings
