Catawba College Locker Room Improvements

This project focused on the enhancement of locker rooms for Catawba College's men's and women's swim teams as well as the men's volleyball team. The design prioritized improved facilities and functionality for athletes.

• Selective demolition of existing partitions, finishes, and fixtures
• New acoustical-ceiling tile (ACT) system for improved acoustics and easy maintenance
• Ceramic-tile walls and epoxy flooring in wet areas; carpet-tile flooring in dry zones
• Fresh paint throughout to create a clean, cohesive look
• Installation of restroom accessories, toilet compartments, and athletic-grade lockers
• Fire-protection modifications to suit the new layout
• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical upgrades for efficiency and code compliance
• LED lighting improvements to enhance visibility and energy performance
