What Langston Family Members Say

“…As evident in its dedication to training, its ethos appears very much team-orientated with an emphasis on life-long learning with heavy investment in its staff. This canny eye to the future may explain how two young greenhorns from vastly different backgrounds, who began their Langston careers as interns, eventually went on to head up the company…”

G. DownesAperion Construction

“What I thought would be just another job has turned into a rewarding lifestyle in a career that is very rewarding. My crew definitely feels more like family than co-workers because we travel and work together and they even help me out with personal projects when I need them.”

Maurice W.Field Crew

“After 19 years at Langston, I still enjoy the work I do. There is always something new to learn and I like that every job is different. I appreciate how important the safety program is to the company because I believe every life matters.”

James C.Field Crew, 19 years

“I came to work for Langston 9 years ago and I have stayed because the Principals, and well everybody really, treat me like family. I feel like they care about all of their employees and that is proven by the safety culture we have here. I also appreciate that they pay well.”

David G.Field Crew, 9 years

“We have a diverse range of employees, and we are extremely proud of each and every one. We have individuals who have worked their way up through the business to reach senior positions, we have those who were mechanical engineers by trade and who wanted a change in career, and we have those who come from completely different walks of life, both inside and outside the construction industry, including a strong military veteran presence, all of whom help to contribute different ideas and perspectives. Our employees understand that it is our collective goal to improve as a business, and their commitment shines through in all that they do.”
