Construction of an industrial Pretreatment Wastewater Plant capable of holding and treating oil, grease and suspended solids, COD, metals in solution, sludge, and discharge acceptable effluent to the local municipal wastewater collection system. Work included:

• Piping and electrical
• Motor controls
• Treatment chemicals
• An automated Plant Control System with Logic Software and control panels with integration of required equipment including remote access
• Laboratory furniture
• Welded steel and polyethylene tanks
• Process mixers, clarifiers and a pre-filer and coalescing unit
• A dissolved air flotation system
• Miscellaneous process pumps
• A sludge processing system
