Our award-winning safety culture builds on itself from the highest level of management on down. Everyone’s focus at Langston Construction is on achieving Zero Unsafe Behaviors on a daily basis. From requiring ongoing safety training and certification of our employees…to vetting our subcontractors…to conducting daily safety meetings at jobsites, to quarterly Safety Committee Reviews, to our Safety Awards Program…Langston Construction has corporate-wide safety initiatives in place to protect our people and help keep our jobsites safe.
