Langston provided site development and utility improvements to The Anderson County Recycling Center. Work included:
- 3 acres of mass earthwork excavation including clearing and grubbing
- 600 LF of new service water lines for dumpster pad station washdown
- 4100 SY of asphalt paving
- 7000 SY of concrete paving
- 680 LF of curb and gutter
- Landscaping
- 250 SF stone clad entrance sign
