Langston Construction is proud to announce that we earned 1st Place in the Utility Division at the AGC Construction Safety Excellence Awards (CSEA)—a national competition that recognizes construction companies who truly excel in safety performance.
What makes this achievement especially meaningful is that Langston advanced to the top spot using the same safety presentation shared with our team at the Annual Meeting. The comments and feedback you provided through the safety questionnaire were also incorporated into the presentation, helping showcase our safety culture, leadership commitment, employee involvement, training, and proactive hazard control—values that guide our work every day.
Unlike awards based solely on incident rates, the CSEA evaluation process is comprehensive and highly competitive, culminating in a live, in‑person presentation before industry judges at the AGC National Convention. Winning 1st place at this level is a powerful reflection of the dedication and accountability demonstrated across our entire team.
