The Langston Team gathered at the Holly Tree Country Club for our Annual Safety Meeting. It was a day filled with invaluable insights, awards, and fellowship.
A highlight of our meeting was the insightful presentation by Joseph Crow from OSHA. Joseph certainly held our attention with his expertise on hazard assessments, reminding us just how quickly accidents can happen. Through specific examples, he illuminated the dire consequences of carelessness and the critical importance of adhering to Langston Construction’s proven processes. His words left a lasting impact, reinforcing our commitment to Zero Unsafe Behaviors.
We awarded cash prizes to those who have made significant accomplishments in our safety program. These moments of recognition reflect the heart of our culture at Langston – a place where safety and excellence are always celebrated.
We also celebrated our very own Darrick, who was honored as Employee of the Year! His dedication and hard work have truly set a standard for us all.
Our Safety Manager, Ed, presented a review and comparison of our recent year’s safety statistics. His presentation was a testament to the strides we are making in fostering a safer workplace.
