Chris is one of our Assistant Superintendents and makes a huge impact at Langston Construction. One of his crew nominated him this month saying “Chris has an all-hands on deck approach to teaching others. He makes sure the worker has the correct knowledge to complete tasks. His ability to teach craft without ostracizing the individual for not understanding makes most employees I’ve observed become more motivated to learn unfamiliar tasks.”  We applaud you for investing those who are are trying to learn in this valuable industry.
