Mary-Allyson Chauvin of Langston Construction was honored to speak with the South Carolina Association of School Administrators about soft skills needed in the construction industry. In Chauvin’s presentation “Soft Skills in a Hard Industry”, she highlighted the importance of active listening, good judgement, perseverance, and communication skills as it relates to the safety hazards in the construction industry.
